Payment PolicyWe require payment on the day of service. We accept Visa, Master Card, checks or cash. *$25.00 will be charged for any returned checks.
Lock-Out PolicyLock-outs can happen due to storm doors locked, forgotten keys, etc. After the first incident we reserve the right to charge our minimum service visit payable by the next cleaning date.
Cancellation PolicySudden cancellations mean not only inconvenience and lost revenue for us, but often we have turned down other prospective customers for that allotment of time. Accordingly a cancellation fee of one half the regular cleaning fee will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, arrive on schedule but asked to come back, lock changed or malfunctioning or presence of guests or workers prevents us from cleaning. Cancellations must be made in 24 Business Day Hours i.e. a clean scheduled for Monday should be notified by 10 AM Friday for any changes to schedule.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICYIf you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 12 hours and we will be glad to rectify any problems free of charge. Refunds are not available.
